I work with a small team of researchers and collaborators focused on infectious disease modelling, health emergencies, vaccine-preventable diseases, and AI-enabled modelling methods.

  • Nisreen Shehada (PhD, started Jan 2026) — Vaccine preventable disease models to support humanitarian operations.
  • Cosmo Santoni (PhD, started Jan 2025) — Deep learning surrogates for infectious disease models.
